We will sleep the whole time on the train in sleeper or couchette compartments. Bring your own warm sleeping bag.
In addition, the train will have a large carriage with a bar for communal entertainment.
New this year - we'll take care of your food. You can choose from our menu before departure and not worry about the food. Beer, limo, tea coffee and bottled water are a matter of course. You'll pay for your food in advance and for your drinks at the bar on the train.
There are sinks with running water on the train. Unfortunately we don't have showers yet, but we have strategic places where you can shower and wash your hair for the next day.
Wear good boots and warm waterproof clothing. You'll be spending a lot of time outdoors and it will be December, so it could be cold and snowy.
You can get into Romania on your ID, it's the European Union, so you don't need anything special. But we recommend getting travel insurance.
There are no conditions for crossing borders or attending events yet. If that changes, we'll let you know in time.
Do you still have places? When should I sign up?
As long as the form below works, we have a place. The sooner you sign up, the better for us to know how many people to count in which types of coupes. And at the same time, you'll make sure there's room for you in the compartment of your choice.
I'm going for the first time, what should I expect from the event?
We're not train freaks :) On the contrary, we are very friendly, we are happy to welcome new people on board to chat with.
Our staff does everything possible to make sure you are comfortable and everything works. But keep in mind that you're on a train with dozens of other people for several days. The electricity may go out and the lights may not work or the sink may run out of water. There are no power sockets on the train, so take a power bank.
Do individuals also come to your events? Can I go alone?
Yes, we have a lot of individuals coming to our events, and they always share how easy is to make friends there. We have dedicated coupes for singles and ladies coupes for those interested.
Is New Year's Eve age restricted? What is the average age of participants?
There is no age limit for the New Year's Eve ride. We say that people of any age can join us as long as they are young in spirit. Participants usually range in age from 18 to 60, with the average age being around 30.
We also take people under the age of 18. If they are travelling alone, they must take care of themselves and have their parents' confirmation that they can come with us to cross the border.
Do you give any discounts for children or pensioners?
We are sorry, but we cannot give such discounts at the moment. We do not receive any subsidies for our trains, so it is the same cost for us whether a child or an adult sleeps on a deckchair..
Can I bring my dog? What about another pet?
If your dog is social and has the necessary paperwork, feel free to take him with you, he will go for free. When dividing people into compartments, we keep in mind that the dog will not be together with allergy sufferers or people who do not like dogs.
Other pets are theoretically allowed, but they must be able to walk around Romania all day in December or you will have to carry them. They can't stay on the train alone.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A DECKCHAIR AND A BED
There are 6 deck chairs in the compartment, the compartments have glass doors and cannot be locked. The berths in the compartments are 3 high and wider than the loungers. The coupe is all opaque and lockable.

ARE YOU GOING WITH FRIENDS?
Of course, you will be together in the same coupe ;-) The distribution of the participants to individual places will be decided before departure according to how many of you will sign up and which cars will be used. If there are 5 or more of you, it will be worth buying a whole compartment.
For people who really want to ride with us, but are also worried that they won't be able to afford the heat in February, we're adding one low-cost car with a lower standard for a lower price.
There are exactly 27 places for students (we will check the proof of study on the spot) and 27 for workers. There will be no more low-cost places, so it's first come, first served. At the same time, you can't book a full compartment in this car.
If you book a full compartment, it's cheaper and it's up to you how many fellow passengers you bring. But of course, the maximum number is the number of couches or beds in the compartment :)
So you don't have to do the math: A lounger compartment for 6 people costs the same as 5 individual tickets, and we give you the sixth one for free. A sleeper compartment for 3 people costs 2.5 tickets.

Want to go to Romania for New Year's Eve? Just fill in the application form and pay for your ticket. At the moment we are already collecting the full amount and the purchased ticket is non-refundable. If you can't go, you can sell it to someone else.
We guarantee that we will definitely go to the event and will not cancel it.
